Hewlett Packard and Quantum (formally ADIC) have had great success selling StorNext and HP Storage as a combined solution. Customers such as Warner Brothers, Ascent Media, Netherlands Broadcast Corporation (NOB), and Starz Entertainment are just a few of the customers benefiting from this partnership. HP has partnered with Quantum to provide this solution introduction of Quantum’s StorNext SAN File System leveraging HP hardware.
The resulting system addresses the Media and Entertainment industry’s data access and management needs, including those of the major studios and production houses, stemming from their developing digital media workflows.
